Frequently Asked Questions

Is HAsH Guardian free?

Yes. HAsH Guardian is completely free to use. No account, no login, no payment required.

How accurate is it?

HAsH Guardian combines 7 threat intelligence providers with a custom AI model trained on 500,000+ URLs. Accuracy improves with user feedback. However no scanner is 100% accurate — always use your judgment alongside the result.

What does Low / Medium / High risk mean?

Low risk means no significant threat indicators were found. Medium means suspicious patterns were detected — proceed with caution. High means the URL has been flagged by one or more providers as malicious or phishing — do not visit it.

Are my scanned URLs stored?

Yes — scanned URLs and their results are stored to power your scan history and global statistics. URLs are also sent to third party providers like VirusTotal and Google Safe Browsing to perform the scan. Do not submit private or sensitive links.

What is Deep Scan?

Deep Scan visits the actual webpage and analyzes its content, scripts, and behavior — not just the URL. It is more thorough but takes slightly longer. Use it when you need a more complete analysis.

What is Bulk Scan?

Bulk Scan lets you scan up to 10 URLs at once. Paste one URL per line and click Scan All. Results appear as a list you can click through or export as CSV.

Why does the same URL return instantly sometimes?

Results are cached. If you or someone else recently scanned the same URL, the cached result is returned instantly instead of running a new scan. You can use the Rescan button to force a fresh scan.

How do I report a false result?

After every scan you can submit feedback — Correct, False Positive, or Missed Threat. Your feedback directly improves detection accuracy. You can also contact us at aeglixmind@gmail.com
